Terms for using Foliore, developed by JohanKRS.
Files and backup
Keep up-to-date copies of your books and important data outside Foliore. Sync also propagates changes and deletions and does not replace an independent backup. Before deleting data, changing devices, or uninstalling the app, check your copies. Recovery depends on the files and versions still available and may not be possible in every case. This notice does not exclude liability provided for by law or limit your rights.
One-time purchase
Foliore Unlimited removes the catalog's 50-book limit. The unlock has no scheduled expiration or recurring charge. It does not include books, additional Google Drive storage, or AI service credits.
Compatibility and updates
Compatibility is listed on the app's Google Play page. The purchase does not constitute a promise of indefinite maintenance, new features, or operation on every future Android version and every device. This does not waive updates necessary for conformity, warranties, or remedies required by applicable law.
Account and restoration
The purchase is linked to the Google Play account used for payment and can be restored on compatible devices using that account. If you have a valid purchase, reinstalling the app does not require another purchase. A pending purchase only unlocks access after confirmation. The unlock does not replace a backup of your library.
Your books
The free limit applies to adding new books. Existing books remain available for editing, exporting, and syncing, including when a restoration exceeds the limit. A refund or purchase revocation may reinstate the limit for new additions without deleting the library.
Support and rights
Use Support in settings to get in touch about problems or purchases. Refunds can be requested through Google Play channels or Support, under the applicable rules. These terms do not limit statutory rights of withdrawal, warranty, redress, or refund.
